Tulsa Police are questioning a convicted felon as they continue to investigate the stabbing death of Will Rogers High School student Gabby Bledsoe.
Homicide Sergeant Dave Walker said police are arresting James Leeroy Barber on a controlled drug warrant and a firearms possession complaint.
"Mr. Barber appeared at the police station with his attorney," Walker said in a news release. "His cooperation continues to be minimum, but should not be construed as being guilty of anything."

"He came down here voluntarily, and we are arresting him on some felony warrants," Walker said.
Barber is Gabby's mother's ex-boyfriend, he said.
Barber served time in the state of Illinois for armed robbery. He has been charged in Tulsa County with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of firearms by a convicted felon.
"We continue to look into this matter and will arrest when evidence warrants an arrest even if it does not directly pertain to the murder," Walker said.
