Judge Denies Bond For OKC Pastor Accused Of Murder

OKLAHOMA CITY -

An Oklahoma City pastor will stay behind bars after an Oklahoma County judge denied bond Thursday morning.

Michael Elder, 53, is accused of shooting and killing his estranged son-in-law, Gary Davidson. Prosecutors have filed a first-degree murder charge against him.

Elder's attorney had requested bond be set at $25,000. The judge denied the motion.
