Man Pleads Not Guilty In Deadly Shooting Of Spartan College Students

TULSA, Oklahoma -

The man charged with shooting and killing one Spartan College student and wounding three others pleaded not guilty Monday.

Mark Hopkins, 41, is charged with one count of first degree murder, and four counts of shooting with intent to kill.

Investigators say Hopkins opened fire at Spartan Landing Apartments on February 21, killing 18-year-old Chaz Fain and wounding three other young men.

Hopkins is being held in Tulsa County jail without bond. His preliminary hearing is set for April 15.
