MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -

Police have canceled the silver alert that issued for a missing elderly man after family say the man showed back up at his Midwest City home, Sunday evening.

Claude "James" Heath was last seen driving away from a home, located at 2001 North Pearson Dr. in Midwest City around 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

Heath was driving a light blue 1996 Dodge Caravan with Oklahoma license plate number 574DPK. The only clothing description given was that Heath was wearing a brown leather jacket.

Police say Heath has stage 3 kidney failure, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. He has also shown sign of memory loss and does not have any of his medication with him.
