OKLAHOMA CITY -
Air quality tests
conducted at Parmelee Elementary School on Friday have come back negative for
any unhealthy particles.
During MAPS for
Kids renovations on Thursday, the construction crew
tore the old tile up, causing dust particles to float in the air.
Because
of that, school administration decided to cancel classes for rest of that day Thursday
and for Friday so the air-quality tests could be performed.

The
team that conducted the first test has also conducted a second, more thorough
test and those results are still pending.
Should
classes need to be canceled again on Monday, March 4, parents will be notified
through the AlertNow system, social media and right here on News 9 and
