Girl, 10, Hit By Car In NE OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY -

A young Oklahoma City girl is in critical condition at a local hospital after being hit by a car in the northeast part of the metro, Friday evening.

It happened near NE 20th and Bryant Ave.

Police on scene say the victim is a 10-year-old female. According to police, the girl exited a metro bus, ran behind it and out it to the road when she was hit. 

The girl was taken to OU medical Center with a critical head injury, although crews on scene say that her injuries did not appear to be life threatening. Her identity has not been released.
