EDMOND, Oklahoma -

Edmond police is seeking the public's help in tracking down a man who exposed himself at a public park where children were playing.

It happened on February 3 on the south side of the Whispering Heights Park located at Grandview Terrace and Meadow Lane in Edmond. A police report states that a woman jogging told police she saw the man exposing his penis and masturbating while watching the children play at the park. The report states the woman chased the suspect out of the neighborhood, but lost him when she hurt her ankle running.

Police say the incident and suspect description is similar to another incident that happened back on November 20. In this incident, two women reported a man was standing in the back parking lot of the Cottonwood Salon and Spa located at 35 E. 33rd Street in Edmond when he exposed his penis and started to masturbate in front of them.

Police say man is described as a Hispanic or Native American, age 14 to 17, 5'5" to 5'8", weighing approximately 125 to 145 pounds, brown eyes and dark brown or black hair.

Officers are asking the citizens of Edmond to be on the lookout and call 911 immediately if they witness another incident.
