Woman Killed In Mobile Home Fire In McLoud

Investigators are trying to determine what sparked a fatal fire Sunday night in Pottawatomie County.

Firefighters were called to a single-wide mobile home near Memorial and Derek in McLoud around 7:30 p.m. The body of a female was later discovered inside.

The victim's name has not been released. Investigators will only say she was an older woman.

Police say they are working this as a crime scene.
