Area eating establishments, liquor stores and places that sell big TV's are gearing up for Super Sunday.

Norman Wing Stop Owner, Clint Latham, says he sells double the amount of chicken wings Super Bowl Weekend than any other weekend of the year.  And that includes Sooner home football weekends.

Byron's Liquors in OKC says Super Bowl weekend is an unofficial holiday, where their sales increase more than 30 percent.

Area electronics retailers, like Harry's in Oklahoma City, also see a large bump in business because they offer great deals on large TV's.

"Anytime merchandise is moving out the door it's exciting," Harry's Owner, Harry Seley said.

You can see the Super Bowl right here on News 9 and CBS Sunday at 5:30 p.m. Also, be sure to join us this Saturday night for a live special edition of the Blitz. Barry Switzer and others take part in our River Spirit Bowl Blitz, Saturday at 7 p.m. right here on News 9.
