Edmond police are on the lookout for a man who has a criminal craving for crab legs and steak.

According to detectives, the suspect has stolen an estimated $1,500 worth of crab legs and steaks from the meat department at Homeland located at 1151 N. Bryant Avenue in Edmond. And it wasn't the first time.

A police report reveals the man went into Homeland on Monday, January 13, grabbed a shopping cart and headed to the meat department. He then loaded up the cart with several packages of crab legs and other meats and boldly walked out the door without paying.

Witness then saw him load the meat into a newer white Dodge Charger or Avenger and leave.

One day later, the same man went into the same store with the same hankering. Again, surveillance video showed him load up a cart full of crab legs and steak, then leave without paying.

Police describe the suspect as an Hispanic or Native American man, wearing jeans, a gray jacket and ball cap.

If you have any information about this crime or recognize the suspect, call Edmond police.
