OSBI Searches For Person Who May Have Information About Murder In Clinton

Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation say an unknown person may have important information about the December murder of a 35-year-old woman in Clinton.

Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation say an unknown person may have important information about the December murder of a 35-year-old woman in Clinton.

Jessica Kauley was shot and killed December 27 just after 2 a.m. at a home in the 1800 block of Hunt Avenue. She did not live there. A man in the home was also shot, but survived.

OSBI agents want to interview a person who picked up an injured individual in the area of N.18th Street and Hunt shortly after the murder took place. The unknown driver took the injured person to Clinton Regional Hospital. OSBI agents say that injured person is a witness in the homicide, and vital to the investigation.
