OKLAHOMA CITY -

A woman says an animal caused her to lose control and crash her vehicle through a fence before hitting a shed and power lines.

Just after midnight, the driver was traveling in the 6400 block of Grove Avenue, near N.W. 63rd Street and MacArthur. She says an animal ran in front of her SUV, and she swerved to avoid hitting it.

The driver lost control, crashed through a fence, hit a shed and then slammed into some power lines. She and a passenger received minor injuries, and they were taken to a hospital for treatment.

The crash knocked down some power lines. An OG&E crew was called into fix them.
