A Del City massage parlor operator says strict regulations the city recently imposed are tough, yet necessary. 

Tinker Massage and Day Spa on Tinker Diagonal is one of only two massage parlors the city says is "legitimate". Right now, Del City has 11 massage parlors. 

An ordinance that took effect last month puts strict rules on when massage parlors can be open, what kind of clothes massage therapists can wear, and what they can legally do with clients. 

Sabrena Wicker owns Tinker Massage and Day Spa. 

"People still come in here looking for sex. I've been asked straight off, ‘Well can't you just get me off in 20 minutes?'  I say you need to hit the door," she said. 

The city says nine of Del City's massage parlors are still not in compliance with the new rules and regulations. The city says it will start enforcing the new ordinance soon.
