Porter Woman Ordered To Stand Trial In 2011 Triple Fatal Crash

A Porter woman charged with three counts of first degree manslaughter in connection with a car crash on Thanksgiving weekend of 2011 has been ordered to stand trial.

A Wagoner County judge ruled Ernestine Robertson's case will move forward following a preliminary hearing.

Robertson's charges stemmed from a two-car crash in Wagoner County on November 27, 2011 that killed three passengers in her car; Heather Cheatham, Marshall Carter and Robbie Roberson.

Police said Ernestine Robertson, 45, was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.

Her next court appearance is set for February 4^th.
