Flash mob members gather at the Promenade Sunday afternoon.
TULSA, Oklahoma -
A group of Oklahomans showed support for tribal rights in Canada with a flash mob at the Promenade Mall Sunday afternoon. Drummers, dancers and other protestors holding signs gathered in front of the J.C. Penney's for a traditional round dance.
The Canadian government is considering legislation that many Native American tribal members believe threatens tribal rights and puts natural resources at risk.
Protestors have gathered in Canada and throughout the U.S. to call attention to the "Idle No More" movement.
