Emergency Crews Respond To Fatal Crash In Southeast OKC

Emergency crews are investigating a fatal crash in southeast Oklahoma City Sunday afternoon.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, crews responded to the crash at about 3 p.m. Sunday, in the area of Interstate 240 and Sooner Road.

Troopers confirmed that one person was killed in the crash. According to EMSA officials, five people have been transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Authorities have shut down the Off-Ramp of I-240 Eastbound at Sooner Road due to the collision.

According to the OHP, crews also responded to a injury crash at I-240 and Penn. Two vehicles were involved in that crash.
