Threat Increasing Of Christmas Blizzard In Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The confidence in a major winter event affecting Oklahoma around Christmas day is increasing.

This is not a re-post of the Christmas Day Blizzard of 2009. This is a potential blizzard forecast to impact Oklahoma December 25-27, 2012.

While still more than a week away, initial snowfall amounts may result in road closures and serious impacts on commerce. The track, timing, and intensity are likely to change, so check back frequently with News 9 and News9.com. We'll keep you advised.
