Police in Edmond declared a dog that attacked a woman as vicious. Now it's up to a judge to determine the dog's fate.

Butter the pit bull was under quarantine after police say his owner, Christopher Birchmier, commanded the dog to attack his girlfriend.

Butter is still in custody Monday night.

Meanwhile, Birchmier is still in jail on an $86,000 bond.
