Arraignment For Alleged Tulsa Good Friday Shooters Delayed

TULSA, Oklahoma -

A Tulsa County judge agreed to delay the arraignment of the two men charged in the Good Friday shootings.

Jacob England and Alvin Watts are charged with killing three people and wounding two others. Their arraignment was postponed Monday after prosecutors asked for more time to determine whether to seek the death penalty for one or both men.

The arraignment is now set for January 9th.
