Your 2 Cents: Black Friday Shopping

In three days we'll celebrate Thanksgiving, not Black Thursday. It's a day to be thankful, spend with family and friends, enjoy an extra slice of pumpkin pie, can't we put off the shopping for at least one day?

Here's what you had to say.. Sherri first: "A-MEN Kelly! Black Friday is Black F-R-I-D-A-Y!!! Give us one day to enjoy our family without the incessant nagging to strike a great deal.".

Goober says: "Kelly Ogle hates capitalism. You heard it here first."

Jeff in Paden writes: "Thanksgiving is a day for you to get together with the family eat and be happy not plow people over just to get cheap gifts."

Paula in Stillwater: "I feel so sorry for all the folks who need their jobs and are being forced to work that day. I've always felt guilty for even going to the movies on Thanksgiving evening for that very reason!"

Mike writes: "People need to mind their business. If they don't want to go shopping then don't, stay home with your family. My whole family is going to spend time black Thursday shopping."

Joseph in Yukon: "My family would like to thank you for your 2 cents on Thanksgiving.

If more people spent more time with their family this country would not be in the shape it is in now."

But David from Blanchard says my commentary didn't make sense and asked: "You haven't been drinking Egg Nog early have you?"
