CLEVELAND COUNTY, Oklahoma -
The Internal Revenue Service is investigating the cost of the new Cleveland County Jail. They're auditing a $52-million bond issue that funded the jail in Norman.
The jail opened in February and only cost $24 million to build after prices went down in the economic collapse.
County Commissioner Ron Cleveland is confident there won't be any problems.
County residents are funding the jail bond repayment with a quarter-cent sales tax.
