CHOCTAW, Oklahoma -

Choctaw police spent the day investigating leads after a teen was tased repeatedly by a man she says she didn't know.

It happened on Hidden Circle Drive Thursday evening.

The community is usually gated, but the gate was left open on Thursday. Police tell News 9 a man in white ‘99 Oldsmobile Intrigue blocked the victim's driveway and approached her as she was seated in her car to ask for directions.

While her window was rolled down, the man reached in and tased the girl over a dozen times. During the attack the girl frantically honked her horn and yelled for help before her neighbor came to the rescue.

"I jumped in her car since it was the closest vehicle [and] chased him until the end of the street…had him blocked…[but he] went through the ditch. [I then] chased him for 12 miles," said the unidentified neighbor.

The heroic neighbor ran out of gas while in the victim's car and the suspect got away.

Police do not have a good description of the man who attacked this woman, but say he was last seen driving that white Intrigue with a partial tag of HOU X4. Anyone with information is asked to call Choctaw Police.
