Woman Accused In Cleveland County Child Sex Crime Out On Bond

Three people are accused of having or allowing an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old girl in Cleveland County. Now one of the accused is out on bond, and her husband has hired a new attorney.

We first brought you this story back in August, when all three individuals fled the state after the allegations came to light. They were eventually captured in Washington State and brought back to Oklahoma to face the charges.

Both Joe and Danyale Siford and Michelle Walker all face charges related to the shocking crime. But while Joe Siford and Michelle Walker are facing felony charges, and being held on a half million dollar bond each, his wife Danyale Siford is only facing a misdemeanor charge of failing to report child abuse, since she reportedly did not take part in the sex acts with the young girl.

Danyale Siford is currently out on a $10,000 bond, and does not have to wear an ankle monitor, despite the fact she and her husband initially fled.

Danyale Siford's bondsman told News 9 there is no state requirement to do so. But Danyale Siford does have to check in with her bondsman every Tuesday. So far, her bondsman says she has done everything she is required to do.

Both Danyale Siford and Michelle Walker are scheduled to be in court this month, while Joe Siford's next court date is scheduled in December.
