ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma -
Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers responded to a fatality wreck on State Highway 20 east of Claremore Sunday morning.
Joshua Carry, 26, of Stigler, was killed after his SUV left the highway at about 9 a.m. and rolled several times, coming to rest partially on a steel pole fence.
Troopers say Carry was ejected from the SUV and died at the scene.
The single-vehicle wreck took place near the Will Rogers Downs racetrack. There were no passengers in the SUV.
According to the accident report, Carry's seatbelt was not in use and the airbag did not deploy.
