OKLAHOMA CITY -

The Oklahoma City animal shelter is trying to reunite a disabled dog with its owner.

According to officials with the shelter, the border collie is blind, deaf, and albino. He showed up at the shelter on Friday.

The city says the dog's owner was actually at the shelter Thursday looking for the lost pet, but didn't leave his contact information.
