A Tulsa man who hid in a woman's apartment and attacked her when she came home is in the Tulsa County jail.
Brandon Savage, 29, is charged with robbery with a firearm and rape by instrumentation stemming from the incident on October 21st.
A jail report says Savage is accused of hiding behind the front door of the apartment. According to the report, when the victim entered, he threw her to the floor and hit her in the back of the head with a pistol. He then stripped off her clothes and made her crawl to a bedroom where he sexually assaulted her.
Tulsa Police say the victim picked Savage out of a lineup this week. Jail records do not indicate if the victim knew Savage before the incident.
Savage remains in jail where he is being held without bond.
Savage has previous convictions in Tulsa County for burglary, assault and battery and possession of a controlled substance. Jail records indicate he was convicted of federal charges.
His next court appearance is set for November 7th.
