OKLAHOMA CITY -

People began lining up Friday morning to cast their ballots early in the general election.

Early voting began Friday at 8 a.m. across Oklahoma. Voters can fill out ballots at all 77 county election boards across the state; but they must vote in the county in which they're registered.

Oklahomans can vote on Friday and Monday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Due to the new voter ID law, voters must bring a valid government-issued photo ID or state-issued election card. If voters do not bring identification, they may have to cast a provisional ballot that will be counted after the voter's registration is verified.
