A Tulsa County judge has ordered two men charged in the deadly shooting at a midtown Best Buy last July to stand trial.

Jeremy Foster and Willie Wise each face a charge of first degree murder in the deaths of Scott Norman and Wes Brown.

Investigators say Scott Norman was the intended target at Best Buy and that Wesley Brown was innocently shopping with his daughter when a bullet struck him in the chest and killed him.

Wise is accused of pulling the trigger and killing Norman and Brown.

Foster is accused of driving the getaway car and knowing what Wise had planned when they drove to Best Buy last June.

Shania Craven is Foster's cousin. She told the court Thursday that all three were at Promenade Mall earlier that Saturday morning when she heard Wise tell Foster, "They going to Best Buy."

The trio then drove to the Best Buy on Skelly Drive.

Craven said they parked by the side of the building and Wise got out of the car.

He came back a short time later and said that he "got him," that he shot Scott Norman several times and then fired his gun in the air.

Police say one of those final shots hit Wesley Brown, who was shopping with his daughter inside the store.

Wise's attorney had a problem with Craven's testimony, however.

He said it's important to note she never actually saw Wise pull the trigger, and that she is currently charged with possession of drugs.

"I think anytime that you have anyone who is involved in a crime, it should be looked at with suspicious eyes, and the case law and Oklahoma law says that. The credibility should be taken with a grain of salt and we think a jury will do that," said Wise's attorney Adam Haselgren.

Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris said, "If you listen to the testimony, the damning testimony comes out of his own mouth when he lays out the scenario of how he shot Mr. Norman. Okay? That's not corroborative? Yeah it is. It came out of the shooter's mouth. So, that's lawyer speak, in my opinion."

Craven also told the court that after they left Best Buy, Wise threatened her and Foster to not say anything about what happened. She said he also immediately changed his clothes and threw them away.
