OKC Man Accused Of Rape, Taking Nude Photos Of Victim

OKLAHOMA CITY -

An Oklahoma City man is behind bars for allegedly raping a woman and taking nude photos of her.

Mark Francis Rogers, 56, has been taken into custody Thursday night. According to police, officers responded to a report of sexual assault at an apartment in the 6900 block of N.W. 13th Street.

A 26-year-old woman reported to police that Rogers began saying vulgar things to her when they were at that apartment, and he attacked her.

The victim said Rogers also took nude pictures of her with his cell phone.

Rogers told police that the victim was acting provocatively and he denied assaulting her.

Rogers consented for the officers to search his cellphone. They found photos of the victim on his phone, and he admitted to taking the photos.
