OKLAHOMA CITY -

A man from Wichita, Kansas, bought a vehicle on Craig's List from Oklahoma City, and it got stolen before he even got it home.

According to the police report, the victim paid $800 for a 2000 Lincoln. But it ran out of gas as he tried to drive it home along Broadway Extension.

The victim then parked the car on the right side shoulder of the highway, in the area near the 5400 block of N. Broadway. He locked the car and took the keys with him as he went to get gas.

However, when the victim got back, the car was gone within 20 minutes.

The vehicle is described as a black, 4-door, 2000 Lincoln with an Oklahoma license plate 519EPH.

If you have seen the vehicle, contact Oklahoma City police immediately.
