Easy Cheesy Taco Bake

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef

1 onion chopped

2 cups fresh salsa

2 tsp. taco seasoning

1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

2 cups frozen white and yellow corn

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can green chilis, drained

8-12 corn tortillas

3 cups Mexi cheese, shredded

Cilantro

Lettuce

Tomatoes

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saute pan, brown ground beef and onion. Drain meat and return to pan. Add in the salsa, taco seasoning, Italian dressing, corn, black beans and green chilis. Cook till warmed through. Line a 9x13 pan with corn tortillas. Sprinkle with meat mixture and 1 cup of cheese. Continue to layer to the top of the pan. Ending with cheese on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve hot and top with fresh cilantro, lettuce and cheese.
