ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma -

A Rogers County business owner and two other adults are in Rogers County Jail after authorities raided a marijuana grow house.

The grow house was on property owned by Michelle Fones, who is also the owner of a country western business near Tiawah, according to Captain Jerry Smittle of the Rogers County Sheriff's Department.

Sheriff's deputies and investigators from the Rogers County District Attorney's Office searched Fones' property on Wednesday, recovering marijuana and paraphernalia inside the home. They also found a pot growing operation in a shed outside.

"There was a false wall; they basically cut that building in half," Smittle said. "It was definitely dedicated to a grow room."

The grow house was filled with lights, planting supplies and fertilizer but not a great deal of product.

"That bad part was they'd already cleared it," Smittle said.

Inola resident Randy Gray, 47, and Claremore resident Anthony Stabler, 25, were taken into custody along with Fones. At the time of her arrest, the 30-year-old Fones was out on bond for drugs charges from earlier this year, according to Smittle.

Fones and Stabler were each booked on complaints of cultivating and distributing a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and carrying firearms after a conviction.

Gray was booked on a complaint of possession of a controlled substance.

Fones will join her husband David in Rogers County Jail, according to Smittle. David B. Fones, 45, was arrested in April on drug- and weapons-related charges.
