Suspect Arrested In OKC Man's Beating Death

OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahoma County sheriff's deputies arrested a man wanted for a murder in Oklahoma City.

Larry Tosh, 39, faces a first degree murder complaint for the death of Richard Burns.

On September 20, Burns was badly beaten inside a southwest Oklahoma City home. He was taken to the hospital where he died.

Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies, along with the U.S. Marshal's Office, arrested Tosh on Wednesday in the 3700 block of Geraldine Avenue in Oklahoma City.

Tosh is currently being held at the Oklahoma County Detention Center without bond.
