Missing Del City Man Found Safe; Silver Alert Canceled

DEL CITY, Oklahoma -

A 69-year-old man reported missing from his home in Del City on Monday has been found safe in Oklahoma City, according to Del City police.

According to police, Terry Ross Grady went missing from his home in the 3300 block of S.E. 24th Street at about 3:50 p.m. Monday. Grady's wife told officers Grady went out for a walk and has not returned home yet.

Grady has had mini strokes, and has the onset of dementia, according to his wife. He was heading east on S.E. 24th Street, then north on Mansfield, after he left the house.

Grady's wife stated that Grady has never failed to return home before. She called Grady's phone several times and wasn't able to get in touch with him.

Grady stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He was wearing a red OU t-shirt with "Beat Texas" on the back, blue lounging pants that looked distressed, and glasses. He has gray short hair and gray beard.
