Jean Ciar Pierce was shot outside Shaker's Sports Bar on Aug. 25.
SPENCER, Oklahoma -
The family of a young man
shot and killed outside a Spencer sports bar is honoring his memory on
Wednesday.
October 10 would have been
Ciar Pierce's 24th birthday. Now the family is offering a big reward
for information leading to the arrest of his killer.
Shakers sports bar has
remained closed ever since that deadly shooting. And friends and family have
come by and written on this door as a tribute to him.

Now the family is offering
up a $10,000 reward for information that can lead to the arrest and conviction
of the person responsible for the deadly shooting.
They have put that information
on a billboard along Broadway Extension for all to see, hoping it motivates
someone to come forward. Pierce's mother tells News 9 even though there were
around 200 people at the bar the night of the shooting, no one has come forward
with the information investigators need to make an arrest.
"Somebody knows who did
this. This is somebody's brother; somebody's son; grandson; nephew; boyfriend.
I'm hoping somebody comes forward. At this time it's beyond frustrating for our
family. It has been seven weeks and still closed mouths about this case."
