Norman Police said Wednesday a woman found shot in a pickup truck at an intersection is expected to survive.
Around 10 p.m. Tuesday, officers received an emergency call saying a woman had been hurt in central Norman. They found 40-year-old Lisa Nardine sitting in the driver's seat of a white pickup truck at the intersection of Peters and Johnson. She'd been shot in the neck.
Paramedics took Nardine to Norman Regional Hospital. While police say her injury does not appear to be life threatening, there's no word on her condition.
Police don't know who shot the woman, and they have not released any information about a possible suspect. They have, however, filed for a warrant to search a residence on E. Johnson Street.
