TULSA, Oklahoma -
A Tulsa attorney is seeking a bond reduction for a Glenpool woman charged in connection to a Craigslist child pornography investigation.
Sally Deupree, 55, is in Tulsa County Jail on a $1.5 million bond on a felony complaint of attempting to procure the participation of a minor in child pornography. She was arrested Thursday, October 4, 2012.
Deupree is one of two women arrested in connection with Ricky Lee Lewis, 31, who allegedly used contacts he made on Craigslist to solicit graphic photos of children.
Criminal defense attorney Thomas A. Mortensen said the bond reduction hearing scheduled for his client on Tuesday, October 9 has been continued until next week.
"We had to continue the case until next week so we could obtain some more facts regarding allegations. Not everything is in just yet," Mortensen said late Tuesday afternoon. The bond hearing is now scheduled for 3 p.m. on October 18.
According to court documents, Deupree received naked photos of a 2-year-old girl. Investigators say she also corresponded with Lewis about him engaging in sexual activity with the toddler, asking him to tape the act and send a video to her.

Mortensen called the $1.5 million bond an "overreaction."
"We are looking towards litigating this claim," he said Tuesday morning. "I think the main thing is that there was a severe overreaction based on the evidence that's available in this case."
Ricky Lewis is charged with eight felony counts including procuring and attempting to procure the participation of a minor in child pornography, manufacturing, distribution, and aggravated possession of child pornography, as well as two counts of manufacture of obscene material and one count of use of a computer to facilitate a sex crime.
He is being held on a $130,000 bond.
A second woman, Brittiny Dick of Vinita, was also arrested in the case after police say she sent photos of a nude toddler to Lewis.
