OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahoma City police are looking for a man seen on surveillance video that may have key information on more than a dozen armed robberies.

Right now, police are only calling him a person-of-interest. Police are looking for the person responsible for holding up a total of 13 businesses in the Oklahoma City metro area. The most recent robbery happened Wednesday around 3:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn Express on 4400 Highline Boulevard.

The report states the robber came in with a black handgun and a Walmart plastic bag and told the clerk to fill it up. In this robbery he was wearing a blue hooded jacket with the hood up as well as jeans and gloves. Police believe the man responsible for this robbery is also responsible for a dozen more since August. Those robberies were held at metro hotels, convenience stores and loan stores.

Police describe the suspect as a black man in his mid 20's about 6 feet tall and 170 to 180 pounds. He has a slight mustache and goatee, short hair and a tattoo on his right shoulder. He is believed to be driving a 2005 to 2008 Ford 500, four-door vehicle with tinted windows and an Express Credit auto paper tag.

Police are working to release the surveillance pictures. Once News9.com gets those pictures, we'll post them.
