Oklahoma City police arrested a man accused of raping his girlfriend's sister, a woman who also has Down Syndrome.

Police just released the report, which was originally filed April 28. According to the report, the 38-year-old victim's mother called police. She told the responding officer she'd physically fought with the victim's sister. The officer said it took the woman several minutes to reveal why.

The woman finally told the officer her daughter's boyfriend, 34-year-old Sean Grant, had raped her other daughter three weeks earlier. When the officer spoke to the mentally-challenged victim, she told him Grant raped her when her mother went to bingo.

The victim said she told her mother about the rape a few days after it happened. The officer asked the victim's mother why she didn't report the assault earlier. The woman said she was "trying to figure this all out and investigate."

Police arrested Grant in May for first-degree rape.
