Muskogee Man, 66, Dies After Dozer Overturns

PORUM, Oklahoma -

A 66-year-old Muskogee man is dead after the bulldozer he was operating overturned on private property east of Porum on Tuesday afternoon.

Doyal Shrum was pronounced dead at the scene by Muskogee County EMS from undisclosed injuries, according to the collision report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The 1994 Caterpillar Dozer overturned one-quarter time, causing Shrum to fall from the seat, the report said.
