EDMOND, Oklahoma -
Parents are demanding answers after a fight between Central Middle
School students on a school bus Thursday escalated. Police were called to the
scene and several children walked home.
News 9 talked to one mother who is infuriated. The school says the
bus driver didn't do anything wrong, but both sides agree kids should not have
gotten off the bus
On the route from Central Middle School a verbal fight got ugly. Paper
throwing escalated to a slap across the face. The bus driver pulled over, but
eventually called police. There were no cameras because this is a substitute
bus, but News 9 is told the scene was chaos.

The district has changed its policy based on this incident and now
kids will have assigned seating--- the ones who fought may lose bus privileges.
Police were called and did respond to the scene but no report was
ever filed.
