A 31-year-old Tulsa man was arrested Friday morning on complaints he used Craigslist to solicit child pornography and share his sexual desires for children and dogs.

One woman who went along with his request was a 21-year-old Vinita mother. She was arrested about 3:30 p.m. by Vinita police and the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force.

"It's one of the most disgusting cases I've worked, and I've been doing this a long time," Tulsa police Det. Danielle Bishop said.

As reported on air by News On 6 last week, Ricky Lee Lewis was previously arrested seven days ago, when investigators served a search warrant at his residence and found a pornographic image of a young girl on his laptop computer, records show.

Lewis was re-arrested just before 8 a.m. on Friday after a forensic examination of his cell phone revealed he sent text messages to women he met on Craigslist, asking them to send nude and graphic photos of their children and describing to them sex acts he wanted to perform on the children, according to an arrest report.

In return, police said, Brittiny Linne Dick, of Vinita, sent to Lewis several graphic photos of a nude toddler.

"Not only [was he] looking for couples, relationships, but had posted an ad for a playdate for his [young] son," Bishop said. "He was also contacting people selling items."

Investigators also said Lewis sent messages to Dick saying he would exchange graphic photos of a young boy and propositioned her to commit sexual acts with that child. In addition, Lewis also had saved images of himself committing sex acts with a dog at his residence and referenced such in text messages to others.

The forensic search of Lewis' cell phone "revealed multiple nude photographs of a young girl" and two nude images of a young boy, an arrest report said.

Bishop said some of the people with whom Lewis communicated thought Lewis was a nice guy, but then his text messages became disturbing. She said some just cut off contact with him, but one couple reported him to police.

"They had previously told him they had a baby, then he started to talk about the baby and things he'd like to do to the baby," Bishop said. "That couple was disgusted and immediately drove to the police station."

The report by the couple led to Lewis' first arrest. Officers served him warrants for his phone and computer, which led to his second arrest.

According to the first arrest report, Lewis told police he "only fantasized about sex with children."

His residence is located in midtown, within 1,000 feet of Eliot Elementary School.

Lewis was booked into the Tulsa County jail on two complaints of child pornography and two complaints of crimes against nature. He is being held at the Tulsa County jail on $70,000 bond. Lewis has a 9-year-old son, who is in the custody of his mother, police said.

Dick was booked into the Craig County jail on complaints of manufacturing child pornography and lewd molestation. According to an arrest report, she is being held without bond.

Bishop said the department sifted through about 9,000 text messages and is still investigating.

"I would just hope women who had contact with him … they'd report that to police," Bishop said.
