Elizabeth Duncan says two large pit bulls mauled and tried to eat one of her cats in her backyard last Monday night.

An Oklahoma City woman says she's going to buy a shotgun to
defend herself and her cats from pit bulls she says have terrorized her
neighborhood.

She says back in March, the same pack of dogs killed three
of her other cats as well.
"Seriously, I am going to buy me a shotgun at the pawn shop,"
she said Thursday, as she swung the baseball bat she says she used Monday night
to fend off the dogs.
Oklahoma City Animal Welfare says anyone who encounters
threatening dogs should call their office. They say they do follow up on
those calls.
