A 63-year-old man was struck and killed by a car on Highway 20
ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma -
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified a pedestrian killed Friday night on State Highway 20 in Rogers County.
Troopers say Thomas Winslow, 63, was crossing the highway on foot at 9:24 p.m. when he was struck and killed by a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Winslow was not carrying any identification, troopers said Friday night.
The driver of the Pontiac, 39-year-old Angela Butler of Claremore, was not injured. She had two small children, ages 8 and 3, in the car. They were also uninjured.
Troopers say the cause of the collision was "pedestrian action."
