The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified a pedestrian killed Friday night on State Highway 20 in Rogers County.

Troopers say Thomas Winslow, 63, was crossing the highway on foot at 9:24 p.m. when he was struck and killed by a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Winslow was not carrying any identification, troopers said Friday night.

The driver of the Pontiac, 39-year-old Angela Butler of Claremore, was not injured. She had two small children, ages 8 and 3, in the car. They were also uninjured.

Troopers say the cause of the collision was "pedestrian action."
