OKC Police Arrest Woman Accused Of Killing Roommate

Oklahoma City police arrested a 27-year-old woman accused of shooting and killing her live-in boyfriend.

Police arrested a 27-year-old woman accused of shooting and killing a man she lived with in northeast Oklahoma City.

Police say Tiara Marshall and 36-year-old Vertis Shaver got into a physical altercation the morning of Saturday, September 22. Just before noon, police were called to the 3200 block of N. Fonshill, near N.E. 30th and N. Prospect, regarding a shooting.

Officers learned Shaver had been shot, and driven to OU Medical Center. He died at the hospital.

Police interviewed Marshall at police headquarters. After investigators questioned her, they arrested her. She was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on one count of first-degree murder.
