It happened just before 8 a.m. Saturday, on Old Highway 112, about one mile east of Poteau in LeFlore County.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a 2004 Kia driven by 24-year-old Justin Ward was westbound on Old Highway 112 when it ran off the roadway to the left, striking a ditch. The vehicle then hit a power pole and overturned one and half times.
