One of three firefighters injured in the Barnard School fire September 5 was released from the Hillcrest Burn Center Saturday, according to Captain Stan May, Tulsa Fire Department public information officer.

The firefighter underwent skin graft surgery last week. Doctors say both the skin donor site and the graft sites are healing nicely. He will continue to receive outpatient treatment, according to May.
