Resurfacing Of I-244 To Cause Major Delays In Tulsa This Week

You may want to find a different route to work this week if you use Interstate-244 in Tulsa.

The two left eastbound lanes between Memorial Road and U.S. Highway 169 are already closed while crews resurface the road. 

On Tuesday it will go down to just one lane.  That will last through Saturday.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation said to expect "significant delays" and it suggests finding a different route.
