News 9 spoke with Wild Heart Rescue on Friday, the
group that started the reward fund to find the person who dragged the dog. It
says it submitted new information it received to the DA Thursday night and now
the investigation is back open.
The DA says to move this case forward they need
witnesses who actually saw "Jetta" interacting with people between
August 29 and September 1.
