Three people from Cleveland County accused of child sex crimes are now in the Cleveland County jail, and all face charges related to the shocking crime. But one of them is only being charged with a misdemeanor.

Investigators say Joseph Siford, 40, Danyale Siford, 34, and Michelle Walker, 43, began a sexual relationship with the victim in early 2012. According to court documents, Walker, who lives in Noble, met the Sifords on a website for swingers. The victim, who is related to Walker, told police all four initially went to movies and dinner and nothing sexual happened.

Investigators said after two meetings, Walker and Joseph Siford began sexually abusing the girl around September 2011. Court documents stated Siford's wife initially thought the victim was too young, but the victim said after Danyale Siford spoke with her husband, she decided the sexual encounters were "okay."

The victim said some of the abuse happened at Walker's house, while other encounters occurred at the Sifords' home in Moore. She said occasionally, the adults would give her alcoholic beverages that made her feel "fuzzy, warm, and happy."

The victim's mother discovered what was happening in early August when she found sexually explicit texts on the child's cell phone. The woman contacted police who launched an investigation and obtained search warrants for the homes of all three suspects.

Investigators say videos and pictures were taken of some of the abuse.

The Sifords and Walker went on the run. U.S. Marshals arrested them on August 28 in Vancouver, Washington. They were extradited back to Oklahoma.

Greg Mashburn is the Cleveland County District Attorney. So far, his office has charged Joe Siford and Michelle Walker with several felony counts of rape, attempted rape, and lewd acts with a child. But Siford's wife is only facing a misdemeanor count for failing to report child abuse.

Mashburn said the investigation is still on going and more charges may be filed.

Both Joseph Siford and Walker are being held on half-million-dollar bond each. Meanwhile, Joseph Siford's wife, Danyale, is being held on $10,000 bond.
